Security maintained in Google chrome for users

Google has introduced Google chrome to make web browsing easier, simpler and faster for the users of chrome. Hence they have mixed the features from various browsers and removed their faults to make a quality browser for the users. When they have modified all the existing features available in the currently available browsers, they have made security too special and unique in chrome.

Google uses the blacklists as the first precaution to prevent their users from accessing malicious pages. The blacklists will have the lists of all existing malicious websites, which users are advised to stay away from. Google chrome updates the blacklists constantly to ensure the security of their customers.
There is the principle of least privilege which will act as a protected mode, that doesn’t allow users to read or write from areas that are forbidden.

Another security step taken by Google chrome is the incognito mode in which the browsing history will not be saved by the browser or the cookies. This gives users a chance to browse secretly, with their browsing details not being exposed to others who use the same account. At the same time, they can use different modes for accessing internet.

Though there is the facility to automatically download pages to the users’ desktop, Google chrome is so designed to change this setting so that, users need not use this, when they are not in need of this feature.
